Responsibilities :

  • Develop and deliver materials to the appropriate marketing and sales organizations, which convey the purpose and details of the product, definition of its user, benefits to the customer, customization capabilities, and competitive comparison.
  • Must have a solid understanding of web development, from coding to layout.
  • Primarily strategists and planners, obtain between product design and marketing.
  • Develop business rules and requirements specifications for assigned product features to include effective product and user interface design, rapid prototyping, product validation testing, and usability testing, while ensuring that the product strategy is adhered to throughout the product life cycle.

  • Fresh Graduate with good GPA is encouraged to apply. Otherwise minimum 1 year of experience as an analyst is preferred

Responsibilities :

  • Gather, analyze, and interpret industries trends
  • Create briefings by drafting, receiving feedback and finalizing the analysis
  • Create and Present measurement strategies and analysis from Sonar Online Dashboard
  • Create PowerPoint slides and Excel Sheet by collecting input from relevant stakeholders and analyst the insight
  • Present briefing to internal team and Client
  • Assist with other duties, projects, or manager requests as assigned

Requirements:

  • Female, max.32 years old.
  • Minimum S1 Psychology, Law, or Business Management Resources.
  • Minimum experience 5 years in agency & HR fields.
  • Expert with recruitment, organizational development, talent management, industrial relation, general service, training and people development, and employee relation
  • Strong or having good knowledge about labour regulation.
  • Experience in Handling BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, Medical Insurance.
  • Good knowledge in inventory control & office building management.
  • Good communication skills, details oriented, discipline, honest and reliable.
  • Leadership skills and firm personality.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop strategy and management policies for human resource.
  • Develop work plans and budgets in accordance with the strategy part, HR policies and system established to ensure the achievement of HR target.
  • Coordinate and control the implementation of HR functions across the company to ensure everything is in accordance with the strategy, policies, systems and work plan that has been prepared.
  • Develop and implement key performance indicator and balance scorecard
  • Manage, supervise and improve all daily activities in General Affair section & Ensure Office facilities is in good condition and ready for use.
