Sonar Platform is looking for a data-driven Technical Product Manager to grow our flagship Sonar Analytics product across South-East Asia and continue its domination in Indonesia as the most advanced Media Intelligence Application currently available in the market.

Candidates will need to be passionate about data and analytics solutions, focused on creating customer value, have an excellent command in English, and be a genuine team player.

Requirements

  • Intermediate knowledge of data analytics products, concepts and the data solutions landscape in general
  • Male/female max 30 y.o
  • Graduated from Informatics or Engineering related majors holding a bachelor’s degree at minimum
  • Experience working cross functionally with engineering teams, operations, research and analytic functions, and management of a team of minimal 3 person
  • Excellent project, organizational, and time management skills;
  • Data fluency and solid technical understanding
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, working level of English is a must;
  • Deep understanding of UI/UX and Design Interface concepts

Responsibilities

  • Uncover and understand users' needs, then translate them into requirements
  • Ability to work well with internal teams, including developers, engineers, architects, quality assurance, and operations. Ensure requirements are fully understood and that implementation plans match expectations
  • Understand, research, and follow technical trends in the industry and in general. Able to assess emerging products and companies to measure their potential value or threat to the company and its products, as well as making recommendations on which new technologies to invest in or leverage
  • Follow competitors and conduct capability analysis regularly
  • Provide internal and customer training on how to use the product
  • Answer incoming questions about the product and its capabilities
  • Understand and analyze data pipelines, algorithms, and automated systems
  • Serve as a product evangelist and subject matter expert to the technical/developer community
  • Define success criteria for testing and product acceptance
  • Facilitate the creation and maintenance of proper product documentation

Sonar Platform is currently looking for a Frontend Developer who will be working closely with our Application & Product Team regarding UI components styling and implementation.

Responsibility:

  • Implementing and styling UI components based on Figma Design from Product Team
  • Implementing responsive design
  • Working with APIs
  • Working together with Application Team, focusing more on the UI implementation

Skills:

  • Familiar with code versioning tools
  • Proficiency with HTML, CSS, Javascript, and JQuery
  • Experience with CSS Preprocessors such as sass/less
  • Basic knowledge with frameworks such as Laravel/ReactJS/VueJS

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with TailwindCSS
  • Experience with ReactJS and/or Laravel
  • Experience with SEO Optimisation

Sonar Platform is currently looking for an HR & GA Manager who will oversee all areas related to Human Resource activities for the company.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or master’s degree in Human Resource Management/Psychology from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00
  • Able to communicate well in English, both spoken & written
  • At least 3 years of experience in HR-related areas—5 years would be ideal
  • Experience in managerial position would be a plus
  • In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR practices
  • Having an HR consultant background will be highly advantageous
  • Detail-oriented, disciplined, and goal oriented
  • Experience in using HR management software

Responsibilities:

  • Searching for new talent, conducting tests for candidates, and providing key hire recommendations to users or management
  • Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating
  • Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees
  • Ensuring new hire’s paperwork is completed and processed
  • Informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities, etc.
  • Addressing any employment relations issues, such as work complaints and harassment allegations
  • Processing all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval
  • Overseeing hiring process—which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, and performing reference checks
